Introduction: THE FIRST TRAINING SESSION IS FREE! Hello. My name is Sergio Maldonado and I am the founder of All In Fitness. Growing up I always knew exercise was beneficial but I didn’t know how much until my time in the U.S. Navy from 2009-2013. During that time I learned about weight training and the different modalities of exercise. After the military, I obtained my bachelor's degree in Exercise Science because I had grown a passion for health and wellness and wanted to learn how the human body works in its strongest and weakest states. Fast forward to 2021, I have worked in a group setting of up to 30 people and also have specialized in personal training. I implement all styles of exercise from traditional running to high-intensity circuit training with plenty in between. The All In Fitness goal is to make each person we meet healthier one day at a time and to provide them the tools to potentially help someone else in the future. Nutrition Services are also offered! I cover the Gaithersburg, Germantown, Clarksburg and Rockville area with the ability to meet a client at their preferred location. Let’s get started today, phone/video consultations are at no charge. When I first started training with Sergio I had a love hate relationship with working out and consistency. But with his help I quickly improved week by week and found working out to be fun. I started seeing results in my second week! I look forward to my sessions with him because he has the ability to make exercising fun and motivating. I would highly recommend Sergio to anyone looking for a highly qualified personal trainer. He gave me the confidence I needed to work out and he showed me that a healthy lifestyle can be interesting and fun. Also, he goes above and beyond, where he helps with a daily nutrition plan as well as sends works out videos on days we do not meet for training. I have worked with other personal trainers and I can honestly say he is the best.

Love it.. would definitely recommend. I just started but I have no doubts on his work. Very nice and he does work you out and you will feel a difference, but you have to be consistent and willing to work hard.. 💪🏽😎😍

I first met Sergio a few years ago when I started out in a crossfit. He was one of my first coaches. He always focused on proper technique/form first. Sergio made sure you were going to get a good workout but be safe doing it. Now, after years of him coaching through crossfit, he has gone out on his own as a personal trainer. I give him a 100% recommendation. Since I left crossfit to work out with him as my trainer, I've seen tremendous gains. Sergio is the man and I can see working with him for years to come.

Sergio has always provided great coaching and motivation in addition to fun but challenging workouts! He creates an environment that pushes you to challenge yourself but also encourages and motivates! His workouts are tailored to you specific goals, needs or if you have injuries and need to modify. He is able to adjust group classes to meet the needs/goals of each individual. Definitely recommend as a trainer especially if you are new to personal training/group classes and are looking to start in a positive environment.

Sergio is one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. He is great at listening and meeting you at your current level. If I tell him about any current pains or injuries that I am experiencing he adjusts his plans and gives me the perfect workout. He is great at modifying things for my needs but also motivates and pushes me to go outside of my comfort zone to help me reach my goals.

    Prices are dependent on how many times a client meets with me per week. Online training is also an option.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    A new client and I always meet in person first to complete a complimentary first training session. From there we’ll go over goals, scheduling, pricing, etc. to see if I’m a good fit for that potential new client.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    B.S. in Exercise Science, Salisbury University.
