- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices can be negotiated but typically I charge 450$ for 5 sessions and 800$ for 10 sessions. If individual I charge 100$ per session. Each session is one hour but I do have 45 minute and 30 minute sessions available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with client first to talk about goals, medical issues, etc and just to chat with the client so they can feel comfortable with me. I also do squat assessments and various other physical assessments to see where they are weak in their movements. I will do body assessments as well: weight, measurements, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in psychology, NASM personal training and corrective exercise certification, prenatal and postnatal exercise certification, metabolic effect certification, precision nutrition certification, senior fitness, speed and agility, and Lagree Method Cert.
