- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Daily. I take fitness classes, read articles, attend conventions, you name it. I want to know what everyone else is doing and what the latest science is.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to "heavy kid camp" when I was ten. It changed my life. I love helping people like my councilors and trainers helped me.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Weight loss, writing workout programs, personal coaching, motivating my clients, teaching them to use the weight and cardio rooms.
