Very kind and flexible. Was able to start right away! My dog was out of her containment area when we got home so there were some areas that needed cleaned, but pets were happy and healthy so that's what is most important! Cathy was great and professional! Prices were also completely reasonable. Will definitely contact her again next time we are out of town!
