Great service, extra effort to clean the pool, easy to work with.
Great job cleaning the pool to get it ready for the new season! It really needed your tlc.
I had been trying since the end of March to have VIP Pools come out to drain and acid wash our pool before fixing some loose tiles and other issues. To say that we received far less than a "VIP" treatment is an understatement. I was initially told when Paul first came out to give an estimate that our work would be commenced at the beginning of April. It literally took WEEKS to receive an accurate proposal from him. The first few proposals didn't reflect what he had mentioned during the estimate or the prices that he had quoted. By the time that we finally received and endorsed a more accurate proposal, he pushed back our work until the beginning of May, knowing from my repeated concerns that I have a big party mid May that I need the pool in pristine condition for. It's safe to say that this whole process has been a total nightmare. Paul had reassured me that work would be started on Friday, April 28th, and completed by May 1st. That didn't happen. No one even showed up on the 28th, despite me sending messages and asking where they were. Paul told me that I shouldn't worry, they'd be out the next day, and everything would still be done on time. No one even showed up until 7 PM(!!!) on Saturday, April 29th, to remove our pool cover and begin draining the pool. Then, mid day on Sunday, April 30th, they showed up to start power washing the pool. I was called over to the pool by Paul so that he could tell me that he thinks that our pool needs to be resurfaced and he will charge $10,000 to do the work!!!! I DON'T THINK SO. By this point, I was already frustrated and very unhappy with the way that they were conducting business. They fiddled around in the pool for awhile then left, saying they'd be back the next day to finish fixing the tiles and the rest of the work. They were briefly over on Monday, May 1st, to put up some tiles. I had extra tiles already to replace our fallen/loose tiles. They put some of them up and then stopped, insisting that our tiles weren't good enough. They said that they had some of the same tiles and would bring them to finish the next day and would charge us $9 per sheet of tiles. This was ridiculous, but someone else agreed to them without telling me. The next thing I hear is that Paul is complaining that the work is taking longer than expected because pollen and what I guess is ragweed keep flying into the pool. How am I supposed to control the weather? It's allergy season. I have no control over that. It's not as though they were cleaning it out of the pool. This was just another excuse for why the work was taking so long and demanding additional money beyond what was agreed. Before leaving, Paul demanded payment in full for the work that hadn't even been completed. On Tuesday, May 2nd, I received an email from Paul saying that he had to special order the tiles (the same ones I already HAVE, mind you) with 2-day shipping and would be back to install them when they arrived. It is now May 9th, and I have not seen or heard from Paul of anyone else at VIP Pools again. Needless to say, my pool is a mess and is nowhere near ready for the party. I feel like we were conned into bringing VIP Pools on to do the work on our pool when all they have tried to do this whole time is extort additional money from us when they still haven't even finished the work that we had contracted for them to do. Maybe they're good at opening and closing pools? I wouldn't know. If you're looking for someone to do more than that to your pool, do NOT use this company. The only "VIPs" in this situation have been them, not us, their clients. They are clearly too busy and important to give us the kind of service that we are paying for. (For the record, there are also already stains on the bottom of the pool that they acid washed. I also had to take it upon myself to clean up their mess and dispose of the large full trash bag that they left by the pool.)
So far so good! I have hired them to take care of my pool and he has done a great job so far.
GN Pool Service provided a pool inspection during my home buying process. Chris did a great job covering every aspect of the pool to give me an excellent understanding of the property that I was buying.
Sunset Pools showed up within hours to diagnose the issue of a buckling pool liner. Several days later, the liner was REPAIRED saving me thousands of $$$. I highly recommend them for your pool care needs!
Millennium has helped us with two serious pool leaks that were costing a lot in water bills to refill the water that was mysteriously disappearing. They fixed this both times. We trust them with maintaining our pool when we are away.
My pool looks beautiful. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the price.
Billy was super great and they took great care of my pool. I'll likely be calling them back out for my pool opening and any renovations. They definitely made a return customer out of me!
My company tropaquatic does ponds and water features. When I have a client with a pool issue I use these guys. Always been great to my clients. I would very much recommend lifeline to anyone who has a pool or spa issue.
Gina was exceptional to work with and Albert was a true professional. I asked for a stack of Countryside Pool business cards so I can hand them out to my neighbors and HOA. 5 stars!
Dig-M-Installer is a full service company and I would highly recommend them. They supply the pool and all its necessary components, remove old pools, and install the new one. They are one stop shopping. Everyone was extremely customer focused. From the first call, I felt that I was heard in regards to what I was looking for. Marie walked me through the different pools and her recommendation was spot on. The men who came to take out and put up the new pool were courteous and treated my home and property like it was their own. They took the time to answer all my questions. When I had further questions, Marie and Tucker (head of the crew) were there to immediately answer. They are also extremely price competitive. I couldn't ask for a better experience from the product to the service. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!
Can’t wait to use the pool in the summer!
I received a quick quote for outdoor spa removal. Mike and staff were friendly and removed the spa without damaging patio or fence - all at a reasonable price.
Great follow-up with his team! Consistent & I felt he was dedicated to getting my pool cleaned! Will definitely consider for any future pool services
Pool businesses come and go. Pool Pros has been in business for decades. They are reliable, pleasant, patient and honest. This is a professional outfit that I highly recommend. They were with me from installation through year round maintenance since I leave my pool open throughout the year. Good guys!
I have had two pool services so far (1 per week for the last 2 weeks). The pool has never looked better. My experience if obviously limited to just 2 visits but I have no reason to think anything will change.
Can't argue the final product my wife took no time getting pool set up and ready for use
