- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straight-forward. We don't sit down at a table and hard-close you on an overpriced project. We're a perfect balance where price and quality meet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact has been made, we schedule a time to take a look at the project. We work with you to determine what the best solution is (depending on your situation), then we give you a price. Anyone that we send to your home is an EXPERT in their field, and can answer any questions you can throw at them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are GAF MASTER ELITE certified installers, given to less than 2% of contracting companies. We have won the triple excellence award 3 years in a row and are widely considered as one of the best exterior specialists in the DMV area. We attend Continuing Education courses to stay updated on the best and most efficient methods of install, and have worked with some of the most knowledgeable experts in our field.
