Mica is a professional and very knowledgeable with his job. He responded to my work order here at thumbtack very quickly and was available to open our pool and even came back to check on the pool two days later to ensure our pool was in working order. Will definitely hire him again and recommend him to others.

Mica was very responsive, knowledgeable, and informative. He was able to help me within minutes of reaching out and outside of usual working hours, which was a huge help. Milorad has been caring for my pool for the last 2 years. I have been impressed since his first visit with his punctuality, responsiveness, knowledge of how different pools and equipment work. He is also a wealth of knowledge with suggestions for how to address problems or possible upgrades and be cost effective! When opening my pool he came back to check on it a few days later then makes a follow up phone call to see if there are any questions or concerns. He also did a plumbing repair of my discharge line and replaced multiple lock cover anchors cleaning up afterwards I had another pool company prior to US Pools and they were not this diligent with their customer service. I highly recommend using this company.
