Milorad has been caring for my pool for the last 2 years. I have been impressed since his first visit with his punctuality, responsiveness, knowledge of how different pools and equipment work. He is also a wealth of knowledge with suggestions for how to address problems or possible upgrades and be cost effective!
When opening my pool he came back to check on it a few days later then makes a follow up phone call to see if there are any questions or concerns. He also did a plumbing repair of my discharge line and replaced multiple lock cover anchors cleaning up afterwards
I had another pool company prior to US Pools and they were not this diligent with their customer service. I highly recommend using this company.
