Pool Inspections by Howard delivered, it was one of the most professional vendor experiance in my 16 years as a Realtor. he not only wowed me with his 40 years of experience in the Pool and Spa industry, but more importantly he wowed my client, showing them how all the mechanical works in the pool, how to check if its working or not, demonstrating several things concerning the maintenace and care of the pool how to use things and when. How to use each piece of equipment, as well as the cleaning devices,and chemicals in the shed, how and when to use them. Not only that but he had a follow up report on the inspection. Like a full blown home inspection report. At the end he asked my client if he had any questions , which he kindly answered, and then gave my client and I his business card, then he gave my client a goody bag of pool things. My client was smiling ear to ear when Howard left and said " Worth Every Penny!" Thank you Howard : )

Pool inspection is $450 for Montgomery, Fairfax, Howard, Anne Arundel, Washington DC, Prince Georges, Frederick Counties Winter cover removal and reinstallation $100 (for pools not open for the season) Out of area travel charge $50-$100 For other Counties not listed above
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The pool inspection is an informative appraisal of the operational aspects of the pool. For most this is your first pool, so I incorporate an orientation of the pool as I inspect My goal is to make you comfortable with the pool as part of your home purchase.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Pool Inspector, Certified Service Professonal and a Licensed Home Improvment Contractor. I teach Certified Pool Operator class and Certified Pool Technology class. With over 35 years in the industry.
