Vadim sold my house in three days. Let me explain. His tile work is spectacular. When we went to market, we were against a few other houses of a similar model. In this model, aside from the front door, the kitchen is really the first thing you see. And when people like a kitchen, it increases the chance they would purchase the home. Vadim did a tile backsplash for us that was simply amazing. He accounted for building defects we didn’t even know we had and the end result of his work is just stunning. He came with all the equipment he needed, cleaned up after, and was a consummate professional. He wasn’t the cheapest, but in at least in this case, I absolutely got what I paid for. When we had an issue with the existing counter that impacted the overall appeal of the kitchen, Vadim connected us with a top notch granite countertop guy who was able to find us the perfect pattern to tie together the walls, floor, tile, and cabinets. I truly believe we sold our house so quickly because we had the best kitchen — and that was thanks to Vadim who was also willing to accommodate the work in such a short time frame. We learned some about tiling, too! The best things I can say about the work Vadim performed are: 1) I would absolutely hire him again. 2) If I were to have a career change to tile, I would want to apprentice under him. 3) You, dear review reader, should hire him, too. You won’t regret it. I certainly didn’t!

Vadim did a great job on our backsplash. He worked efficiently and expertly. No wasted tile from poor cuts. He’s also a very nice man who responds quickly and goes above and beyond. He patiently talked through tile choices with me and sent links to some products. The first tile I ordered ended up being broken when we opened it, which I hadn't done until he arrived. We weren’t able to do the job that day because of it, and Vadim was extremely understanding and nice about the whole thing even though it was dumb of me not to have inspected the tile and he came all the way out for nothing that day. We’d happily hire him again.
