Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: There are many great trainers out there and I try to learn from the best of them. Basically, I take what works and discard the rest. I don't believe in fads and I'm especially wary of anyone who says that there are secrets to getting in shape. It's really no secret at all; just a willingness to put in the time and get good at the basics. That, and properly fueling your body is how you will get fit, and that's how I train my clients. I enjoy interacting with people and helping them. As a coach/trainer, I understand that I have an awesome responsiblity because you never know the impact you may have on a client. I am also keenly aware that a client is putting their trust in you to provide them with safe and effective training. In the end, the greatest satisfaction I derive as a trainer is seeing my clients transform themselves into fitness.

I was never really altheltic, when I graduated hs I could hardly run a mile. I started doing CrossFit in college. I fell in love with fitness, I progressed quickly over the next 6 years but then hit a wall.... my deadlift for example was only 165lb on a good day. I couldn't do pull-up strict among other things. Thur strength training and RKC kettlebell training I have improved my deadlift to over 200lbs and continue to improve. I have gained strength and have toned muscles! I feel like I can better perform in a CrossFit setting and with running. I learned about kettlebells and Tony has taught me how to incorporate them into my fitness goals. I can't thank Tony enough for showing me how to train and teaching me how to use kettlebells. I think kettlebells are great for anyone of all ages! He is wonderful as a personal coach or in a group. He strives to push me pass my limits and is always changing and incorporating the latest methods to help me gain strength and preform better. I finally feel strong. I love that when I started with Tony in 2013 I started swinging the 15lb bell and how I can do most workouts with 25,35,45,53,65,73lbs bells!! It's amazing to progress and have Tony who is enthusiast about training and teaching his passion.

I have been training with Tony for a number if months now. I have always been an athlete but I have never really utilized my full strength potential until training with Tony. Not only have I become stronger but my training has so helped me become a faster and stronger runner. I absolutely recommend Tony to any one looking for a great work out and for those looking to become stronger.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask questions and try to be specific as to goals. I'm pretty good at digging down and uncovering what a client really needs, but it makes my job easier if a client has done research on his or her own.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

That I served 20 years in the Marines and also served as a Drill Instructor. Also, that a coach is not just someone who counts reps. Coaching involves constant learning and research. I strive to learn as much as I can and keep an open mind as new research is published.
