I am very pleased with De Aza Construction and will be reaching out to them with future needs. Carlos and his team responded in a timely manner and were available to do the work I needed in just a few short days! They explained what the issue may be and why it is occurring (water leaking into windows, poor sealant, and clogged gutters). It was a sunny day when the work was done and I am looking forward to seeing how everything holds up in the rain. However, I was reassured that if anything is leaking they will be back to take another look and make any additional fixes. Making payment was simple and many methods of payment were accepted. I was very happy to have been sent an invoice for my records as well. I felt the final price was fair and close to the estimate I was given.

Once we get home and greet the client, we ask to see the work area, once we are there we take pictures of the work before starting so that the client can see the difference once we are finished.
