Incredible. Had an emergency late Friday night. They responded immediately, came out Saturday, did an extremely professional job. Took the time to explain what happened and why. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Reached out to Mike to have some carport supports replaced because they were rotting away. He got back to me very fast with a quote and once the job was approved, he got me on the schedule and knocked the job out. Mike answered any questions I had and explained things so I had a better understanding when needed. All around great experience!

Our basement was flooded by the bathroom leak in the wall. CBI came out last minute and had all the water pumped out and the leak fixed within a day. They then dried everything out and started the work the following week. They replaced a ton of drywall, replaced flooring and trim. The house looks great in a 3-week period. The made the process easy with insurance. We would highly recommend them for any project!!

We had a plumber come out and try to put in a new filtration system and messed up the whole job. We contacted CBI and they scheduled Mike to come out and look at project. From start to finish CBI handled our job perfectly. From Connie in the office to Mike that came out and looked at the situation, to the crew that did the work. Our new system works great. Charles came out and installed two shower faucets in our bathrooms. He then had to cut out the wall for one shower faucet to do the install. On the same day he patched the drywall and painted the wall. Very fast and efficient service! Will definitely use them again!
