Gary is a professional! I first contacted Gary about an issue we were having with drafty windows and doors. Gary was helpful and offered to come right out for an estimate. When I was ready to have Gary come after the holidays, he came on time, looked over my list, and listened to me carefully. He understood my concerns, and helped identify how the door and other items should sit, that our builder did a poor job with. He gave me a time and estimate for completion and we were able to have him out to fix the issue. When Gary was on his way, he called to let us know. Gary was very knowledgeable, patient, and tidy while he was working. He patiently explained and confirmed the request before he began working on items. I was very pleasantly surprised by how creatively he solved some of our issues, with solutions that worked exactly as expected. No more drafts, and the fixes look as if they were always there. We were working while Gary was there, and he understood that. For those introverts like us considering his services, he was not too talkative. :) Anytime we need assistance, we will call Gary. He's the best!
