Another contractor left our home in shambles after paying for a full renovation of the 1st floor. We had limited funds and Irving allowed us to pay him daily after the completion of work and the quality of his craftsmanship is unmeasurable. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was level and installed properly. He left our home looking way better than I thought it would and it only took him 5-6 days to complete what we were waiting months for. He was definitely a lifesaver, I highly recommend him and will definitely be using him on future projects in our home. I included pictures of how the last contractor left my home (the 1st 4 pics) and the progression of work Irving did. He installed a subfloor, vinyl plank flooring, finished the ceiling, painted everything, installed cabinets, did the backsplash, plumbing, lighting, and appliances.

I had him do a few projects for me and every time he was very honest and even came back to fix my ceiling fan that was missing a piece from the store. He is my go to handy man. Respectful, didn’t try to rip me off and was clear and concise.
