Doug was quick to respond and scheduled our family/ group CPR class. He is super knowledgeable and shared real life experiences that kept our group entertained and focused during the class. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm willing to travel pretty much anywhere, depending on the class and number of participants. I do research the average costs for classes in every geographic area in which we teach, and I price accordingly. From what previous clients have told me, our prices are usually the most economical. Not always, but we do our best. I want to make a living, don't want to be greedy, and value repeat business
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I guess the process could best be summed up as simply "being flexible." Each customer is different, so I approach each new client with a clean slate and work with them to best meet their training needs.
