I needed a quick roof inspection to determine mold on the ceiling. Orlando responded quickly and inspected both the roof from the exterior and the attic. As my roof is only 8 months old, I need to go back to the company that installed it. Orlando was thorough in his inspection, took lots of pictures and explained his observations. He also charged me very reasonably. I highly recommend Orlando.

He inspected my 4 month - old roof and declared it was peeliing off, no flashing done, most tiles buckling and a real water leak hazard. He did good work for me.
