Communication was fine up to the day of booking the job. Waited until 9pm which he said he can come after 5. I called him earlier to confirm at close to 2. ABSOLUTELY NO CONTACT from his end at all. The entire day I’m calling to try and figure out where he is and if he was still coming. Now he is not answering and it’s 9pm and I spoke to him an hour ago to ask if he was still coming. Around 6:30 he said he was held up on a job. I would prefer it if he just communicated that earlier in the day so I could’ve worked on finding someone else and staying at work instead of leaving early to be home for nothing. I’m not impressed at all with Thumtack or their workers who sign up to work under them. I would not trust him nor feel safe with him coming into my home. Please for future reference do not give your address out to these people and pay the extra money to have a reputable known company come out.
