John has been a lifesaver for me. I found him by accident and hired him to do some work. Immediately I was impressed with his knowledge and persistence, because when the job turned out to be more difficult than originally anticipated, he dug in and got it done right. Then he didn’t even charge me more even though it took much more time than we thought.
He has fixed my outdoor plumbing, my leaking shower, cleaned my roof, demolished my shed (not an easy task), and more.
When I discovered that my kitchen sink was leaking. He asked me to send him photos and when he came to fix it later that day, he brought all the parts necessary, fixed it and charged me a very fair price.
John has become my go-to guy for repairs, and maintenance and I highly recommend him. You’ll be as pleased as I am.

Pros: His pricing was very reasonable, Communicated well, knowledgeable.
Cons: very talkative, said he would be back to finish the last project never called or returned.
