- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have just recently renewed my personal training certificate as well as my CPR & AED certificate. I also like to train with at least 2 to 5 new people per month to gain more experience & knowledge in workouts, nutrition & overall healthy mindset.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been active & when I got injured playing soccer -I decided it was time for a new adventure. I joined a gym & have had help from many great & experienced weight lifters. This life style is an acquired taste, but I wouldn't change it for the world!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my clients are all looking to achieve a healthier lifestyle. I work with people from extremely atheltic to people who do not know the first thing about picking up a weight. I love rhe variation I have in all of my clients -it allows me to expand my knowledge to better serve as your trainer!
