Introduction: My work stands out from others in several ways, but one particularly comes to mind. I was just an average girl that decided to improve my life through fitness. I used weights, cardio & healthy eating as a pathway to better my overall living. If you conquer your mind-the body can do anything! I get to do what I love every day. To me, fitness & health is not a job -it is a lifestyle. You have to be ready to mentally change & with that physical change follows! I love seeing progress from my clients each week!

Ali is my trainer and she is helping me lose weight and more importantly body fat percentage. The job is at Golds gym and is ongoing. She is incredibly encouraging and keeps the work outs different so you dont get bored. She is helping me to realize that weight is a number and if you feel good and see numbers dropping everywhere else (body fat percentage, and inches) its still a win. Also she isnt one of those girls who wants to be stick thin. She will push you out of your comfort zone to lift weights and you will find out its awesome! Ali is always on time and we always work out the full amount of time. Ive had past trainers that would skim 2-3 min from the start and end and it adds up! The only thing that could be better is if you got a sample meal plan up front.

With AML Fitness when I ask for a challenging workout Alexandra makes sure that each session is not a disappointment. Switching up the intensity so that I won't get bored or comfortable. No part of the body is left neglected. She is firm when training, but gives the utmost respect to each client. I recommend Alexandra to anyone struggling with their weight or who want to get back into a healthy fitness routine. AML has information about meal plans, shakes, and answers to fitness questions. My life changing results have included not only weight loss, but self confidence, strength, endurance and most importantly being able to stop taking two medications. Thank you AML Fitness and Alexandra for your helpful sessions and the two boot camps that you offer (Advance & Beginners). You are the best!!

I've always struggled with working out on my own, meeting Alexandra has turned that all around. She has taught me so many things that I never would have done on my own. Even in our shorter sessions I leave feeling stronger and more energized. She encourages you and never makes you feel bad if you have setbacks which is great. I highly recommend her if you need to be pushed and want to get in shape. She is more like a friend than a trainer which I think is helpful.

I've been training with Ali for a few months. She keeps me motivated & holds me accountable. Kicksy butt when I need it...and thats what I need!

Ali has given me the push and support I needed! Whenever I wanted to throw in the towel she has been right there to lift me up again. I've gone from a size 10, to a size 4 and lost 40 pounds within a year all with her workout regimens and nutrition counseling.I don't know where I'd be without her!
