I had problem with my refrigerator, because it was not as cold as it should, Mr. Said was very professional on the phone and explain to me the process very clearly, there were no hidden fees or added cost that he didn't explain to me. He also was punctual and clean. I would recommend him to anyone.

I don't like being lied to on arrival time. Abraham, a good tech fixed the issue, as I see manager jersey me around as I asked for time between 10 And 12. Arrived at 3:05. Very late and not fair treatment of customers.
