We couldn’t be happier with the work Mr. Sanchez and Sanchez Carpets did! From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to help us find the exact commercial glue-down LVP flooring we wanted at the best possible price. When the original supplier was more expensive than expected, he continued searching until he found the same flooring at a much better value. That level of dedication alone impressed us. The installation process was thorough and professional. He took the time to properly prepare the concrete by filling low spots, removing old adhesive, and skimming the floor before installation. You could tell he cared about doing the job the right way, not just the fastest way. What really stood out was his attention to detail. There was one area that needed additional work to achieve a seamless finish, and he made sure it was corrected without hesitation. The final result is absolutely beautiful. Even though this flooring had to transition into flooring installed by another company, he matched everything so well that the transition looks flawless. Mr. Sanchez was knowledgeable, responsive, and courteous. His crew worked efficiently, left the space spotless, and delivered exceptional craftsmanship. We highly recommend Sanchez Carpets and would gladly hire them again!
