We had some ripples in our carpet and it needed restreching and shampoo cleaning.Jose gave a quote right away, and said he was available to do it soon. Pricing may vary depending on the size of the job. An official price is given after I make an estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask for customer information such as their name, address, phone number, and email. Then I ask for the kind of work they desire and permission to get the measurements in square feet or square yards of the requested area. Square feet is for tile and wood, square yards is for carpet and vinyl. After the measurements are complete, I send my estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to the Union School for Carpeting for 3 years. I have 30 years of experience working with any kind of flooring.
