I contacted CJ through Thumbtack and on his first visit, he changed out the coaxial cable, got my Internet running and walked me through several cable management solutions to accommodate the layout of my apartment. He recommended a solution that ran the cable through the wall to conceal the internet equipment and when he didn’t have the right tools on hand that day, he offered to come back a different day to assist. He also helped me troubleshoot over the phone when my router wasn’t working properly after he left. He was professional, courteous and easy to communicate with.
