Bo came out the same day, actually within a couple of hours. He let us know when he was on the way and gave us an update a few minutes before his arrival. We were having a problem with a light in the bathroom, and he diagnosed the problem right away. We needed a new light fixture, so he went to Home Depot and sent me pictures of the fixtures. He made everything so easy! He was back quickly and installed the light. I also had a large shoe storage unit I needed assembled. I took one look at the instructions and knew I needed a professional. He was willing to help me with that as well. The instructions said it would take 2 people close to an hour to complete assembly, but he was one person and done in half the time! I was so grateful to have that piece done! Bo was very professional, knowledgeable, and had a great personality. I would highly recommend him. As a matter of fact, I'm going to have him come out again and install two ceiling fans. We are so happy to have found him!
