- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm certified through AFAA in personal training and group exercise.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been in love with exercise and movement since I received my first Jane Fonda VHS tape and leg warmers for Christmas in the early 90's. In college, I studied African Dance as a minor. I got serious about health and fitness as a backlash to a grueling stint in the hospitality business which left me tired and stressed out. What started as a hobby blossomed into a fulfilling career, helping others achieve their goals while staying healthy myself!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I tailor a one hour training session to your needs and personality. I bring music and any other equipment you don't already have. I utilize free weights, therabands, a medicine ball, kettle bells, an exercise ball and a yoga mat.
