For now I have to give a 1. Individual came over to my home on Thursday, May 8th to give me an estimate. He told me that he would send me the estimate after assessing the work that needed to be done. I have not received any type of communication from him as of yet. I sent 2 messages (via Thumbtack & cell phone) and left a voice message. At this point I can only assume that he did not want to do the job and that is fine; however, use professionalism and let me know.
