I really appreciated JHMZ getting back to me and giving me a good estimate and explanation of the repair. The soffit repair was excellent, and they fixed the wood around it. Very pleased, and they even found another soffit that was about to come apart and did preventative maintenance to keep it from being a potential problem on the opposite side of the house.
