- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer will know about pricing after our first consultation As far as discounts if I ever have any promotions or specials each and everyone of my customers will be notified
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to gather all the information about the customer, as well as what it is the customer is inquiring as far as services we discuss pricing, we will go over exactly how the customer would like they’re home to look when I am finished providing the services we will also go over any rules or boundaries and or preferences that need to be set for the customers home regarding certain things I may or may not need to be touched or cleaned etc and will come to a professional agreement :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of working under a family member‘s cleaning company as well as a life time cleaning as a child and continuing growing, knowledge for the love of cleaning
