FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe hiring a cleaning service should feel simple—not confusing. Every home is different, so we customize our estimates based on your home's size, condition, the type of cleaning you need, and any additional services you request. We'll always explain what's included before your appointment so there are no surprises. For most new customers, we recommend starting with a Deep Cleaning. This allows us to bring your home up to our maintenance standard so future visits are easier to maintain. We also offer lower pricing for recurring weekly, biweekly, and monthly service because we love building long-term relationships with our clients. Our goal isn't to sell you the most expensive service—it's to recommend the one that makes the most sense for your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning a little about your home and what you need. We’ll ask about the approximate square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, how many levels the home has, when it was last professionally cleaned, whether you have pets, and if there are any areas that need extra attention. Once we have that information, we’ll provide an estimate, explain what’s included, answer any questions you may have, and help you schedule a day and arrival window that works best. On the day of your appointment, our team arrives fully equipped and ready to care for your home. After the cleaning, we follow up because we genuinely want to make sure you’re satisfied with the service. Our goal is not simply to complete one cleaning. We want to earn your trust and become the company you feel comfortable calling whenever you need help with your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional cleaning is more than making a home look nice—it's about consistency, attention to detail, and earning someone's trust every time we walk through their door. Our team receives ongoing hands-on training using detailed cleaning systems, quality control checklists, proper product usage, and customer service standards. We regularly coach our teams to ensure every customer receives the same level of care, regardless of which team is assigned to their home. We're always looking for ways to improve because good service should never stop getting better.
