Of all the 5 floor companies I have quoted, I was impressed by Eric's professional knowledge and reasonable price. He wrote me a really long email educating me different flooring and their honorable service. They are not other companies which attract you by cheap price and keep you in the dark of what service they are selling. Of all the quotes I get from different companies, only Eric offered me individual prices for a whole list of services , which helped me understand the total price. Since we had to leave for work early in the morning, Eric voluntarily came to our condo at 6 am to show us the floor samples. We called him several times during the process and he was patient all the time, offering his honest opinion. He really cares about our every single concerns. His team works fast. The whole floor work was done in less the one week since we found them. We chose a flooring at an incredible bargain price Eric offered. I could tell his self-satisfaction when he showed me his final work. My girlfriend and I are amazed by the look of the new floor and every single detail of it. I highly recommend Eric. We will use definitely use them again for our next house.

I just moved to Laurel and bought a new home, I was looking for a flooring place nearby to help me with my new home. The carpet center was great they helped me and got me the exact the flooring I wanted and installed and delivered it!!
