- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 20% discount for new customers on their first project as a thank you for choosing to work with me. Most of my services are billed hourly, which allows me to be flexible and fair depending on the scope of your project. This way, you only pay for the time and expertise your project truly requires.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process always begins with a consultation to understand your goals and make sure my work aligns with your needs. From there, I develop a clear plan and keep open communication throughout the project. I also include revisions so you’re completely satisfied with the final product. Most importantly, I’m reliable and deadline-driven, so you can trust that your project will be completed on time and to a high standard.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold dual bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and Political Science, a master’s degree in Public Administration and Policy, and a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion. I’m also currently completing a second master’s degree in Publishing. Beyond my academic background, I’ve spent nearly 10 years working professionally in communications, where I’ve honed my skills in writing, marketing, design, and strategic messaging. This combination of education and real-world experience allows me to bring both expertise and practical insight to every project.
