⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Incredible Same-Day Service for a Massive Appliance Move!

I am absolutely blown away by the service from New Star Relocation! I had a 475-pound Thor kitchen oven delivered outside my home in Waldorf, MD, and had no idea how to get it inside. I reached out to New Star Relocation on a whim, hoping for help—but I never expected what happened next.

Not only did they respond within minutes, but their team actually arrived at my door in under an hour! They were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Moving a commercial-grade oven like that is no small task, but they handled it with ease and care—no scratches on the floors, no damage to the oven, and no stress for me.

If you need movers who are responsive, reliable, and remarkably skilled, look no further. New Star Relocation saved the day, and I couldn’t be happier. Five stars all the way!

I had asked for 4 workers but they sent 3. They had no equipment beyond two trolleys and a single ratchet strap. They borrowed mine. They moved a bunch of my stuff inside to open the door wider and said they would put back but they just left as soon as possible. Luckily the units were packed well as they dragged them down the stairs and nothing got damaged.

It was a hard task but if they were more organized and had brought lifting harnesses, it would have been easier.

They got it done with three people and I can’t say more. If it was something more delicate, it wouldn’t have survived.

This company was amazing!! They worked quickly to move a few large furniture items. I've moved many times and I was pleasantly surprised at how attentive the movers were to ensure they did not damage my things but also the walls!!! They were able to navigate turning stairways with a sofa, queen bed, mattress, etc. without incident which is RARE during a move. So happy I hired this company and will call again when I need movers.

Details: Just a few things • Movers only • Within the same building • Furniture assembly and disassembly • Load via stairs • Unload via stairs
