⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Same-Day Service for a Massive Appliance Move! I am absolutely blown away by the service from New Star Relocation! I had a 475-pound Thor kitchen oven delivered outside my home in Waldorf, MD, and had no idea how to get it inside. I reached out to New Star Relocation on a whim, hoping for help—but I never expected what happened next. Not only did they respond within minutes, but their team actually arrived at my door in under an hour! They were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Moving a commercial-grade oven like that is no small task, but they handled it with ease and care—no scratches on the floors, no damage to the oven, and no stress for me. This company was amazing!! They worked quickly to move a few large furniture items. I've moved many times and I was pleasantly surprised at how attentive the movers were to ensure they did not damage my things but also the walls!!! They were able to navigate turning stairways with a sofa, queen bed, mattress, etc. without incident which is RARE during a move. So happy I hired this company and will call again when I need movers.
