They were the first and only company to respond to my emergency inquiry on an off thumbtack. Have a highly skilled crew and did not stop until the job was fully completed to the tenant's satisfaction. Also allowing more time for me to pay additional costs to complete the job due to other unexpected things found after work commenced over and above the original estimate. Sent list of other things I need to have done and looking forward to continued long-term mutual relationship.

Jav General Services cleaned and sealed my deck in the Fairfax area. The job took a day. The biggest issue was scheduling around the rain. He underestimated how much the wood wanted to soak up the sealer. He had to get more sealer. Excellent to work with. Very courteous and professional.

Jose performed the work in a timely manner, and the craftsmanship is excellent. I would fully recommend using JAV on any future projects.
The work they performed for me included reinforcing my deck to make it more structurally sounds, as well as replacing some rotten planks with new wood.

Helped us recover from a basement flood. Removed and replaced the bottom 2' of drywall and treated for mold. Performed all work on-time and within budget. Will use again for future work.
