I would highly recommend this place. I am writing this review from the laptop they repaired for me. They quickly identified the issue where it was my software that crashed and not my hard drive. Their prices are even better than the Geek Squad at best buy. I would go to them again with any computer issues. They even repair phones and tablets. Great job Allan!!

RepairBar was very responsive to my questions. I was concerned about paying a diagnostic fee and then my phone not being able to be repaired. They assured me it could be repaired and provided a maximum cost. Phone was repaired for a reasonable price which was $70 below the maximum cost provided. Phone is working fine with one issue. Something seems to be wrong with the sound when using FaceTime. RepairBar said to bring it back in and I'm confident they would resolve the issue. However, my grandson doesn't want to give up the phone again...so, he uses his headphones for FaceTime and it works fine. Still excellent and professional service in spite of the sound issue that is potentially and user setting. Just dropped off another phone for repair so, I would definitely recommend them to others seeking repairs.

Got my data transferred from the old phone to my new phone.
RepairBar handled it for a reasonable rate. The manager runs their Ballston, VA. He made sure a tech was available to meet me in Laurel. Job was conducted quickly, efficiently. Would recommend.

We ascertain the make, model and specific problem with the device. iPhone and iPad repair can typically be done same day.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We were a Verizon Wireless authorized retailer that switched over to repair 8 years ago. Around the time of iPhone 3G. We saw a great need for a repair service because of the time and cost of insurance or upgrading through the carrier.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have done work for federal State and local government as well as larger corporations. Montgomery county and PG county public schools, FDIC, Laurel Police Dept, Bosch inc., NASA among others.
