I hired Three Pillars PropertyManagement in November, 2019 to list, show, and oversee the propertymanagement of my single family home in Maryland. Initially, I was skeptical of the low flat fee cost for the monthly propertymanagement, but I can contest that this company is worth every penny. Most of the companies I interviewed in the area were extremely costly and did not offer the personal oversight I was looking for. From the moment I interviewed Brie, what a delight - her knowledge, professionalism and that added personal touch (I live out of state - so I needed to feel secure about this decision), sealed the deal. Brie and the team at Three Pillars live up to and beyond my expectations. They are vey responsive and punctual with all communications. And they are very supportive, and know their stuff. All paperwork is handled electronically or via the tenant/owner portal which is very user friendly. This company is what I would all call a diamond in the ruff (great find and glad they are overseeing my property).

This company has literally been a blessing to me and my fiancée’s life. We were previously dealing with a terrible propertymanagement company then Three Pillars came in like a superhero! The team is super professional, will go above and beyond to get things done, and handle tenants with care. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We tailor our services to fit each customer's needs; therefore, the first step is to understand our customer and their property management needs.
If the customer is new to PM, we discuss how a typical month will be-- and what steps are made to ensure their investment are well-kept as well as brings them profit for years to come.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners are all real estate investors with properties across the US. Owners all have at least 10 years experience with managing properties for their own properties as well as for others.
All of our employees have taken real estate courses.
