Ivan is very professional he calls the day before to confirm the appointment,always shows on time and if he's running behind he calls to let you know,he takes the time to explain what need to be done step by step and He's very affordable.Ivan recently Repair my bathroom and kitchen sink ,replace a cracked part on my toilet,installed a washing machine and repair the washing machine when it stop working .

Ivan tore out walls in my guest room, put in new insulation and dry-walled the work. He muddled it and when it dried painted it. I wanted a pure simple look, so he used white paint. I call it my 'White Room'. He placed white molding along the walls and ceiling and also put on the white baseboards. It's now one of my favorite rooms, when not used by guest.
He was very professional and cleaned up all waste, and hauled it away in a timely manner. We will be using him to re- do my office soon:)

The job was to finish my basement, he did a very good job, he was very friendly and had a good strong work ethic which I liked. He got the job done in a good time frame and he was clean about it, I would recommend him to others and I don't have any type of complaints.

I charge mostly by square footage
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication, I usually work with them on the financial part by letting them give me a price. If they are not happy with the quote but may still be willing to use my services i will consider coming down some and if they have experienced to much price changing in the past I can type up a contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Carpentry trade school and I picked up other trades with on the job training.
