I hate to do this, and I usually don’t leave bad reviews. I contacted them and they seemed like they handled the clogged issues. I come home a few days later and my floor is completely flooded with dirty water. I have been trying to contact them for 2 1/2 days and they read my message and never responded and they have not returned any of my numerous calls. My sink and dish washer were supposed to be fixed as well and both are still flooding along with my shower.

The toilet for a rental property was clogged. The water was up to the brim. It’s important to take care of these items quickly when you have a tenant. I called B.K. Plumbing with an emergency job in the morning. Mr. B. was there by lunchtime. He was able to resolve the issue very quickly. Manny at BK Plumbing was phenomenal! The hot water heater went out just before Thanksgiving, leaving the family without hot water for their babies. No other company or person was willing to come out and fix the problem until nearly a week later, but Manny went above and beyond to show up for several days including on Thanksgiving to fix the problem. He even did extra labor and cleaned up a mess from another maintenance issue to help out as much as he could. Very down to earth person, very great company. Recommend to all for any plumbing needs!
