Susana came to the rescue and stayed to get it all done. I contacted her after the original cleaner fell through Saturday afternoon — and the apartment had to be ready for inspection before Monday. She came right on time on a Sunday morning and cleaned a particularly filthy bachelor apartment, making it shiny and sanitized. Her kindness makes such a difference too!
