I cant say enough about what Ben has helped me accomplish! I have lost 50 lbs in 8 months, while learning proper technique, injury prevention and how to enjoy a healthy lifestyle in and out of the gym! I am the strongest ive ever been in my life thanks to his unique approach! Bens ability to understand client goals is outstanding. Ive watched him work with numerous clients at every fitness level. His approach is different with each client based on their experiences and abilities. Above all he cares about helping clients learn and achieve thei individual goals. The approach is so different from many trainers that push multiple clients through for paychecks! Id recommend Ben to anyone, from beginners to serious athletes!

I have known Ben for 3 years as my coach/trainer. Since our first session, Ben takes time to learn my goals so that he can make sure my training aligns with my goals. He takes the time to focus on form and safety. Ben will create a program for a 6-8 week period. While I am doing the program, I often wonder, how does this relate to my goals? Then the magic happens! I complete the 8 weeks, attempt a lift & PR!! This guy knows what he is doing! Ben is also an outstanding massage therapist. He took time before the session to listen and ask questions about my aches and pains. He made me feel comfortable before each session. He always focused on the areas that we discussed and I left every session feeling refreshed, and relieved of pain. Ben knows the human body very well. If your knee hurts, he will find the muscle(s) that are the triggers for the pain. It's truely amazing!

My daughter is 12 and a competitive swimmer. I had concerns regarding her strength and flexibility and was interested in developing a workout plan so I contacted Ben. Working directly with her, he identified areas of concern and developed a plan that was tailored to meet her needs as a swimmer. I was impressed with his patience, focus, knowledge about injury prevention (for her sport), and ability to relate to someone my daughter's age. After working with Ben, my daughter was able to increase her overall flexibility and reduce her swim times (on all stokes). Having some of the stretching exercises available on YouTube helps keep her on track. I highly recommend Ben to anyone, at any age, that is interested in improving their athletic performance, increasing flexibility, and, in turn, minimizing potential sports related injury.

Ben has helped me increase my overall fitness for living a healthy life. Ben also provided me with the training I needed to compete and feel ready to compete in CrossFit competitions. His attention to detail and form has made a huge impact on my PR's across the board. I'm a yoga teacher, who is very flexible and mobile. Ben has helped me reach strength goals so I'm not overly flexible and do not injure myself. Lastly, his programming works! Keeps me motivated and coming to the gym therefore I see results. You can't help but get stronger and faster, in a safe way and effective way. A way where consistency, nutrition and proper rest/recovery seems to be the key.
