The calls came and business grew. We answered and now we’re Moonlight Solutions.

TV Mounting

Wayne was an ABSOLUTE GEM! Of course the usual, punctuality, professionaliasm, covid prepared, responsiveness, things you Expect for your money he provided. However, he went above and beyond these with a SMILE. I had three TVs which needed to be wall mounted, one challenging 65" over the fireplace which required drilling into brick. One in the bedroom where Comcast had not installed correctly, as there was not enough cord for him to put into the wire covers with the other cords. Wayne OFFERED to completely dismantle Comcast's shotty work and rewire to be able to have all of the cords enclosed in the cover. I was Amazed! For all three he carefully measured and made sure I was satisfied with the position before he drilled holes in my walls and brick. I was very appreciative of his attention to detail, and making certain they were placed Exactly where I wanted them. He even happily held the trash can for me when I asked if I could perform some quick dusting before installing the tv over the fireplace! He also helped me properly screw in some window blinds I was having difficulty with. WHO DOES THAT?! Not once did he request my assistance lifting Anything. I was concerned about this, as other reviews I've read stated people were satisfied with other companies work, but needed to help them with some lifting. I was so pleased with Wayne's craftsmanship, that I hired him ON THE SPOT for a future project! If I was able to rate Moonlight a 10 for the Value and Quality of work compared to the Cost, I DEFINITELY would!!! Thank you very much!

    Pricing is very reasonable compared to market rates. Any additional work outside of the project will be discussed prior to any work being performed to ensure we're on the same page.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    For new customers, usually we do a consultation or a phone call so we can get all of the requirements for the project. We then provide a quote on the spot or via email depending on scope.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We have 15 years of IT support along with AV experience. Experience includes government, private sector, and broadcasting.
