Cerberus & James were very gentle but firm with my Chihuahua. My dogs Manny & Molly were never socialized, not used to people or other animals. They ask me to join with my other Chihuahua Molly since they feed off each other. I could see he was following orders better. Cerberus & James both were answering all my questions and gave me lots of pointers. Training will take time but if I had any questions or needed help to call anytime. One day of training and went well and I learned a lot. I would definitely call them back if I need more help in the future. Thanks again for all your support & advice!

The Cerberus guys (Padraig & James) were amazing! I inquired about training and got a call back almost immediately and they were able to get me in for an assessment the next day. They were professional but also personable so I felt very comfortable talking to them. They were here on time and even just during the assessment time taught me so much about how to read my dog’s cues and what I can do better to feel more comfortable. Their prices are very reasonable especially with the amount of time and hours they put in (we’ve been to 2 other facilities in the past). I was weary because I didn’t see that many reviews.. but he explained they just started this page back up. Owner is retired special forces that used to train dogs for reentry! It was very obvious to me they are both very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them.

Let me start off by saying how grateful I am that I came across this app and this amazing team. Upon contacting them, I received a quick response. Padraig understood my situation and genuinely wanted to help. My dog, Apollo, would demonstrate aggressive behavior towards small creatures and people. Apollo was never socialized by his previous owner. When I took ownership of him I tried to train him myself, but had little to no luck correcting his behavior. James made time to evaluate my dog the next day and really took the time to understand and provide input to issues we were having. Apollo is currently undergoing his two week board and training, and I have seen progress through the videos Padraig has shared. I am grateful Padraig is keeping me updated along the way. This was the best decision for my dog and I! I highly recommend their services!

Throughout the entire process setting the up first meeting, responses were very quick and when beginning the session by observing and making suggestions and allowing plenty of practice for myself to implement these into a new routine. Definitely going back for more training with my other dog

Awesome trainers! They responded quickly and came out the very next day to evaluate our dog. They identified a few training gaps and showed us the necessary corrections. We’re now much more confident that we can safely get our dog and cat used to each other so we can all enjoy the house. We can’t thank them enough!!
