- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to be reasonable and competitive within the industry. We can provide labor & materials or just labor. We will only go with the most convenient and cost-effective option while maintaining our high-quality standard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by 1st making contact & scheduling an appointment for a free in-home estimate. We then go over every aspect of the job, and possible ideas/ suggestions and take measurements in the process. Within a few days, you will receive an incredibly detailed estimate via email for your review & possible acceptance. If the job is accepted, we will look into scheduling the work & material options. Once the job is started, we will show up on time each day, and work diligently & efficiently to complete the job. All while maintaining a safe & clean work area and protecting your home in the process. Upon completion, you will be left with a new sense of value and accomplishment in your home & life!
