858 Flooring replaced an old shower with a new tiled shower and shower base and retiled the bathroom. They did great work and were very detail oriented. They also replaced plumbing fixtures. This is the second project that they have done for us and we’re very happy with the results. We're moving and plan to call them again with more projects in our new home!

Grant responded via email to my request for an estimate. He set up an estimate for the following weekend and arrived on time. He listened to our needs regarding the stairs and provided appropriate, common sense solutions. We also liked how the company didn't work with just one distributor or store, but was flexible in regards to where to purchase tile supplies. An estimate was sent quickly via email and a start date three weeks later was scheduled. A week was blocked off to complete the work. Prior to their arrival, Grant kept me in the loop as to the status of the tile, other options,as well as address concerns that I had. Grant and another installer arrived on time to begin the work. They were there for all five days, working steadily the whole time. Both were very mindful of cleaning up. They were also mindful of my cats, who were very interested in what they were doing. Everything went as it should and the result was exactly what I wanted. I could not had asked for better workmanship. Everyone just loves it! 858 Flooring will definitely be working on my other tiling and flooring projects as I get to them!

The whole experience went really well. Grant was very professional the entire time. He worked long hours to get the job done in a short time frame. There ended up being three layers of tile on top of each other and he ripped up all three layers and re-leveled the floor before putting down the new tile. He put carpet on the stairs and even provided at no charge the padding that went underneath. Overall I would definitely use him again!

I've used 858 Flooring & Remodeling on several projects - everything from re-tiling my kitchen floor, to installing a custom stair rail, to rebuilding a bathroom from the ground up . Grant and his crew knocked it out of the park every time. I've been impressed with Grant's thoughtfulness, workmanship, and ability to creatively solve problems as they come up. It's clear that he takes a great deal of pride in his work and is committed to getting the job done to his client's satisfaction. We strive to be reasonable and competitive within the industry. We can provide labor & materials or just labor. We will only go with the most convenient and cost-effective option while maintaining our high-quality standard.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by 1st making contact & scheduling an appointment for a free in-home estimate. We then go over every aspect of the job, and possible ideas/ suggestions and take measurements in the process. Within a few days, you will receive an incredibly detailed estimate via email for your review & possible acceptance. If the job is accepted, we will look into scheduling the work & material options. Once the job is started, we will show up on time each day, and work diligently & efficiently to complete the job. All while maintaining a safe & clean work area and protecting your home in the process. Upon completion, you will be left with a new sense of value and accomplishment in your home & life!
