After 5 sessions, I can’t recommend Kristin enough. I was super hesitant to get a life coach, but Kristin has far exceeded my expectations. She took the time to learn what I wanted out of this and has really gone above and beyond in every way. Everyone has a unique journey. The price listed on site is negotiable depending on the support the client is looking for. All fees will include a once a week session and 24 hour access via text/ email.

I am a member of The International Organization of Professional Life Coaches I have a bachelor’s degree in Business Management I am certified Yoga Instructor with a background and certification in Yoga Sports Science I am a partner in a successful restaurant Capones Bar and Oven that has been open for 16 years. I am a licensed realtor and real estate investor. I am a proud mommy of 2 boys age 6 and 11 I am a devoted wife of 10 years to a brilliant man, NFL Coach Anthony Weaver.
