We thought we had a small problem; a little leak. It turned out that we had a bigger issue that took a long time to work out. (Ultimately, it was a 2-day job.) Fortunately, Mr. Ramos responded almost immediately to my initial request for help and came by super quickly - on a Sunday, no less. The leak source was a mystery, initially, taking him through 3 floors of our house and various rooms, until it was located. It was also not an easy fix, due to the contractors who built our home a few years ago doing some not-so-smart things. Regardless, despite the challenges and road blocks, Mr. Ramos and his team worked hard to have things fixed as quickly as possible. They were professional, considerate and meticulous. We are very lucky to have stumbled upon such a dedicated and competent crew.

Martin provided excellent service and good value. He quickly diagnosed the issue, purchased the part, quickly fixed the problem, and charged a very reasonable fee. He was flexible and accommodating with my schedule offering to come at 7 am to avoid interfering with my work and my children's naps. He is also incredible with toddlers. My 3 year old now wants to be a plumber!

His price was as quoted, he wrote a receipt. After finishing the work, he helped with advice to prevent future freezing/bursting of pipes.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
RATES: $ 165.00 per hr In home estimates are $50 but will be reimbursed if our services are rendered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take classes at the UA Training School to be up to date on the latest equipment and codes as well as keep my licenses up to date.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs I do are installing water heaters, snaking pipes, installing reverse osmosis systems, bathroom remodels, toilet repair and replacements, faucet repairs and replacements, garbage disposals and hose bibs.
