Matt replaced a screen on my mother's Macbook. Was very easy to get the job done. After we got the screen off Amazon, he picked up the laptop and the new screen and had the repaired laptop back to us in a day.

My experience with MattPro IT Solutions was beyond fantastic. I submitted a ticket on thumbtack after I had cracked my MacBook Pro screen. Within 2 minutes (maybe less), Matt had responded personally, and gave a comprehensive repair plan via phone as well an estimate. Matt and I coordinated via email a date for an in-home repair after I had purchased the necessary replacement part online. He arrived early and immediately began work. Within an hour, Matt had completely replaced my MacBook Pro screen--which given the complexity of MacBooks, is insanely impressive! I cannot overstate enough how positive my experience was. All in, I spent $350 on parts ($230) and labor ($120). At minimum I saved more than $500 (Apple quoted me $800+ for the repair!), and at maximum I saved more than $1,000 (cost of a new MacBook Pro). Not to mention the time I saved going through MattPro IT Solutions as opposed go Apple. Apple would have shipped my computer off for a few weeks for the repair; Matt finished this project within a few business days of submitting my ticket! The new screen is fully functional, as is the built in camera. I cannot distinguish between the old and the new. I will be giving Matt's business card to all my friends and family. If you're ever in need of a repair, diagnostic service, or consultation, use MattPro IT Solutions--the professionalism and service is unmatched.

Typically the price is generated based on the problem. I make a fair and reasonable price and will even allow price matching upon proof of quote given from other companies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building a bond and trustworthy relationship as well as meeting the customer's expectations. Our job here at MattPro It Solutions is to have every customer understand what is needed to be done and happy with results of the completed task.
