My job was anchoring a tall bookcase. Vlady gave me an estimate which I initially thought was on the high side but I hired him anyway because he was accommodating in scheduling the job for the next day. The job required a lot more problem solving than I ever imagined and he was spot on with his estimate and his ingenuity.
The book case is now toddler-proof and the job was very professionally done.

Vlady did a fantastic job! He was responsive, gave us a fair quote, and came back the next day with a team member to complete a series of tasks (fixing a stove light and fan, repairing a disposal, adding a window screen, fixing a toilet handle, and adding weather stripping). He was professional, easy to work with, and efficient. A pleasure to work with!

I'm very satisfied with the work valdy did. I've had my sidings pressure wash before and this was by far the best. He took his time and did an outstanding job. He also pressure wash my deck and didn't charge extra for it. I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to get that type of work done

We had two very large holes in the wall that need to patched with new dry wall. There is also a water stain on the ceiling for which dry wall needs to be cut out to check for the cause of the leak. I also needed to put a 2x4 inside the ceiling to hang a tv. Vlady did all of this within 6 hours and gave me an excellent price. He and his assistant are very competent and polite. He never tried to sell me any extra services nor make it more difficult. I tipped them 10% of the contract value and plan to use his service again soon.
