My garage door decided to open about 2 feet and slam shut. This happened several and would only open if I pushed it up at the same time. Obviously there was a problem. I called them and within 2 hours a technician showed up. He figured out the problem (main spring was broken) and gave me an estimate to get it fixed. He was excellent as explaining the process, had all the parts on him and got to work. Within the next two hours as promised, the door was repaired, all old parts gathered up and put on their truck and the garage was left cleaner than when they arrived. I’d recommend them if you have any problems with the door and opener. Job well done!

Opened the garage door this morning to find the pull arm breaking away from the brace that lifts the door. Few seconds later I got the call a call right away and tech was on his way to the house. A short time later the Garage door was like new! Thanks so much
