Highly recommend them. Both George and his dad, Carlos were super nice to work with. Very courteous & easy to talk to. A major factor for us. Their crew are nice folks and responsive. Even when we changed a couple of tasks. Another major factor for us. I will hire them again.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with the handyman service provided by Cadel Construction. The experience I had was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my concerns and frustrations. First and foremost, these folks demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and competence.Their attitude was dismissive, and they showed no regard for my concerns or requirements. Furthermore, the quality of work performed was abysmal. Despite my repeated attempts to escalate my concerns and seek resolution, the response I received was inadequate and unsatisfactory. It is evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them, as my complaints were brushed aside and not adequately addressed. Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering your handyman service to look elsewhere. The lack of professionalism, poor quality of work, and inadequate customer service are simply unacceptable. I expected a level of expertise and professionalism from a reputable company like yours, but unfortunately, my expectations were not met. In light of these significant issues, I demand a refund for the service provided. I believe it is only fair, considering the time, money, and inconvenience I have endured as a result of this worst experience. I expect a prompt response regarding this matter and a resolution that reflects the seriousness of the situation.
