Jay quickly responded to my call about my lawnmower. He looked at it and very quickly figured out what was wrong. He took the machine, repaired it, and brought it back. He is very friendly and charges are very reasonable. I would recommend going to Jay instead of going to a service shop who will give a runaround and charge you a lot of money for a trivial fix.
