I usually charge market value per score feet, each floor model has a value, a level of difficulty to install it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I seek to know the client's ideas, to meet their needs. Many times they like a certain floor for a certain area of the house and it may not work out in the future, so I guide and show other possibilities that they will also like.
